UKOP Online: inclusion of etext links and online ordering addresses

This release includes hyperlinks from the full record screen to around 18,414 documents for which the full text is available online. These documents date from the beginning of 1997 and range from press releases and departmental circulars to consultation papers. It is intended to add approximately 500 new document URLs per release.

Where available, online ordering addresses have now been included for all records.
